From Grace to Growth

We didn’t set out to build a coffee shop.

We set out to follow Him.

Be Humble Coffee Co. began as a whisper — a calling we felt deeply, to serve our community and share the light of Christ in the most ordinary, yet beautiful, ways. Through coffee. Through conversation. Through open doors and warm spaces.

Our journey began with a little coffee truck named Grace. She was our start — a mobile space for prayer, purpose, and handcrafted drinks served with Scripture on every cup. Grace allowed us to get our feet wet, and God used that season to gently prepare us for something more.

We didn’t know it at the time, but we needed those humble beginnings.

God was softening the soil, planting seeds we couldn’t yet see.

Each step forward has been one of faith — from serving in parking lots to opening our doors in downtown Humble. And through it all, the Lord has been faithful. He has nudged us to be bold. To be obedient. To take one step at a time, trusting His plan even when we didn’t have the full picture.

This coffee shop is not our success story. It’s His.

It stands as a daily reminder that when we surrender, He provides. When we serve, He multiplies. And when we humble ourselves before the Lord — He will lift us up (James 4:10).

We pray this place carries the spirit of His faithfulness in every detail — from the verses on the walls to the warmth in your cup. We’re just stewards of the space. But He is the reason it exists.
